I decided to explore many of the cover versions of The Beatles’ songs and attempt to highlight some of what I consider to be the best efforts among them. In determining what I consider to be a “best effort” version, my primary criteria was based on originality or uniqueness (how well the artist made the song their own) and musicianship (interesting, quality performance).
